Power saving rules:
1) Input voltage is input to SCM by limited sampling, low voltage filtering,
    signal reshaping, A/D conversion
2) SCM sends out the control signal, after signal is amplified and the power 
    driving switched, it will adjust the output voltage
3) Compared with the currently used tune reactance voltage regulation 
    technique all over the world, this technology does have its advantage
4) Will not produce harmonic waves and can start the load directly
5) No limitation to load current surge coefficient and its input network has a high
    impedance state
